I see a look and a sort of visual epiphany happens.<\/span> <span id=\"s2_2\">I can already imagine exactly how I\u2019m going to turn it into one of my works.&#8221; &#8211; Beth for Harper\u2019s Bazaar UK<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span id=\"s2_1\">In 2019, in fact, Beth Fraser was a finalist in the <strong>fashion illustration prize<\/strong> established by Bazaar UK!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"s2_2\">Beth is a <strong>London freelance artist<\/strong>, graduated in 2015 from the London College of fashion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"s2_3\">She creates her illustrations by combining the collage technique with that of painting for a <strong>multimedia effect<\/strong> that jumps to the eye.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"s2_4\">Her interpretations of <strong>haute couture<\/strong> are very reminiscent of the style of <strong>modernist posters<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>You can admire all the illustrations of Beth on her Instagram profile: <a href=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/befraser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">befraser<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Jacky Blue<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-78103 size-full\" src=\"\/\/www.waitfashion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/97159796_121130739580229_8341969521597548367_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"1080\" data-id=\"78103\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"s2_1\">Thin figures that disappear in flashy and colorful clothes, the world of Jacky Blue sees only the Fashion, with a capital F.<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"s2_2\">Formerly known as <strong>Jacky Marshall<\/strong>, Blue is a British illustrator who settled in the Big Apple.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"s2_3\">In New York, she worked for many years as a designer at <strong>Donna Karan<\/strong> where Central Saint Martins tutor <strong>Louise Wilson<\/strong> noticed her great talent!<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Louise was my mentor, my number one fan, a great friend, who encouraged me to draw and photograph all the time.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span id=\"s2_1\">Since 2017 <strong>Jacky<\/strong> is dedicated only to her paintings inspired by the collections of Haute Couture and Ready To Wear.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"s2_2\">In an interview for <strong>Vogue<\/strong> in 2019, on the occasion of an exhibition in her honor, Jacky defined the style of her drawings as <strong>&#8220;spontaneous, bold but delicate, feminine&#8221;<\/strong> and admitted that she&#8217;s been drawing &#8220;fashion girls&#8221;
