The main objective for the new N21<\/b><\/a> collection is to support Italian men’s fashion: it is for this reason that Alessandro Dell’Acqua<\/b><\/a>, founder<\/i> and creative<\/i> mind of the brand, has decided to return to the catwalk. He says “these are important but difficult times<\/b> for Italian fashion, we must support it by staying united<\/i>“.<\/p>\n

After a professional life made up of falls and challenges<\/b> from which he rose stronger than ever, the designer decides to give his support by creating a new collection that is based on the classic codes<\/b> of men’s fashion. Without programs, without itself and without but, what are the fundamental concepts of a wardrobe are distorted by him, because what is important is the attitude<\/b> rather than the garment itself: this is also because nowadays everything gets old very quickly<\/i>.<\/p>\n

The catwalk took place in the Milan headquarter<\/b> in via Archimede with a password, or rather two: gender fluid<\/i><\/b>. The challenge of many stylists today is to reinvent formal men’s clothing<\/b> and this happens by softening the male attitude<\/i>, making the shapes of sweaters, accessories, jackets and overcoats more delicate<\/b>, often unisex<\/b>. So does Dell\u2019Acqua: it embellishes the most classic garments – such as suits, parkas and bomber jackets – with modest<\/b> and almost imperceptible details<\/b>. Provocative<\/b> but expertly managed proposals with elegance<\/b> and “informal humor”<\/i><\/b>, which can be worn by men as much as by women. Striking are the details that amaze without too many frills and vain special effects<\/i>, associated with the designer’s creative and stylistic essence.<\/p>\n
