The Special Project for Pitti 97 by Telfar stages a contemporary Renaissance where art and performance come together to create a new fashion.<\/h2>\n

In a historic location, that of Palazzo Corsini<\/strong>, the African-American stylist Telfar Clemens<\/strong>\u00a0in collaboration with the artistic director of the brand<\/a> Babak Radboy<\/strong> give life to the AW20 collection<\/strong>.
\nThe show takes place around a circle table, among the remains of what was an ideal Renaissance banquet<\/strong> reminiscent of the Baroque taste<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A more refined<\/strong> collection than that of the previous seasons, with sumptuous<\/strong> and detailed garments<\/strong>: Victorian shirts, wide-leg jeans and slim fit suits in knee-high leather boots, making the models that wore them a sort of knights of the Renaissance<\/strong>, but in a contemporary version 2.0.<\/p>\n

Telfar <\/strong>describes a new fashion concept, now more fluid, experimental and agender.
\nIt all started in 2005<\/strong>, the year in which the brand was launched, when Telfar Clemens<\/strong> gave vent to his creative mind inspired by pop culture<\/strong>, the queer aesthetic<\/strong> and sportswear elements<\/strong> of the streets of New York<\/strong>.
