This week, the S.O.S. – Selected On SHOPenauer column is dedicated to Halloween, with a focus on avant-garde fashion told with a pinch of (black) humor.<\/h2>\n

\nblablabla … STOP!<\/p>\n

Ok yes it is true, this time we are talking about Halloween<\/strong> (as everyone else anyway) and I can already hear those sentences coming out your mouth.
\nSo rest assured, no psycho dramas<\/strong>. You will not read anything taken from Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde or from Frankenstein (although … if you wish you can always look at the Prada show<\/a> about this theme).<\/p>\n

Indeed, we think that traditions as such should remain, true<\/strong>. But now everything is contaminated<\/strong>, the food, the heart, the mind, the air and obviously also the fashion … For this reason we have decided to propose you for this Halloween, a style a little out of the box: the AVANT-GARDE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

What is the avant-garde?<\/h3>\n

According to the dictionary<\/strong>, the avant-garde represents an invention that fights in opposition to the traditions<\/strong> already identified and accepted, suggesting a revolutionary formulation. In several sentences, one could also think that this avant-garde is a progressive inventive movement<\/strong>, which has emerged from a spirit of denial<\/strong> and revolt in opposition to safe traditionalism. And all this has grown to become synonymous with innovation<\/strong>, progress<\/strong> and rebellion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the fashion world, the avant-garde is characterized by a strong character<\/strong>. Many designers were asked to represent this fashion and what came out well or badly was a refined, mysterious, intimidating, intriguing, captivating, sophisticated, unusual, non-conformist<\/strong> product. In short, everything and more.<\/p>\n

To make it simple, I put it under a rather elementary equation:
\navant-garde fashion = theatricality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In fact, if we want to be honest, avant-garde clothes are more a piece of art<\/strong> than anything else. They are unusual, catch the eye and don’t let you go unnoticed.<\/p>\n

But the truth is<\/strong> that some of these are not even so suitable<\/strong> for walking down the street, also because among us, I don’t think it is so comfortable to sit wearing a skirt made of spikes (then oh, there are those who like it, but I would go into that more about pornhub<\/a>…). BUT if you already leave home knowing that you will be standing all evening then … why not ?!<\/p>\n

I mean honestly, if we consider the fact that every time we go out, some force us every day to see their “jumbles of stuff outfit”, we certainly can’t be shocked<\/strong> to see one with a skirt with spikes rather than …<\/p>\n

So go ahead with the avant-garde style<\/strong>, always remembering to wear them\u00a0in special occasions, such as Halloween!<\/p>\n
