With the release of the third season of Netflix<\/a>‘s favorite television program, Stranger Things, the sportswear giant Nike<\/a> has collaborated with the series set in the summer of 1985, to create a collection inspired by the small town of Hawkins, Indiana.<\/h2>\n

Nostalgic of the 80s, the new Nike x Stranger Things<\/strong> collection presents three of the distinctive silhouettes of the Swoosh: Cortez, Blazer and Tailwind<\/strong> models, which we can see at the feet of the protagonists throughout the series.<\/p>\n

Released in two “episodes”, the first capsule incorporates the green and orange color scheme of Hawkins High School<\/strong>, complete with a mascot logo, in a lively mix of clothing and footwear that perfectly embodies the classic style of the 1980s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The second release, nicknamed “OG Pack”<\/strong>, is characterized instead by the three typical colors of the American flag<\/strong>: red, white and blue in honor of Independence Day.<\/p>\n

Each model dedicated to the TV series is presented in the Nike box inspired by the original and features special edition pins.<\/p>\n

Nike x Stranger Things, the mystery is revealed.<\/h2>\n

\u201cIn the summer of 1985, several transport vehicles departed from Nike HQ in Beaverton, Oregon, carrying special product shipments headed to multiple locations across the US. Unfortunately, a few of the shipments never made it to their destination. These vehicles all had one thing in common\u2026they were last seen on surveillance footage passing through Hawkins, Indiana. Nike, concerned and confused, never mentioned these missing shipments to anyone for fear that something supernatural was at play.<\/p>\n

States Nike\u2019s reveal of the collection, adding that 34 years later, signs of the missing shipments are popping up, piece by piece, and it\u2019s clear that there is something deeper, darker and more evil brewing.
