It is not the first time that the Sardinian designer, son of Antonio Marras<\/strong>, who has entrusted him with the creative direction of the brand second line, collaborates with the American company. In the past, in fact, he had created capsules for Converse, always respecting their aesthetic codes, found in nuances and prints. For the last project in particular: \u00abThis season with Converse we had more fun. Exclusively for the presentation of the new FW19 I’M Isola Marras collection, I have customized the Chuck Taylor 70s<\/em>, not only with applications but also with some structural modifications. Manually cut and torn, the shoes take on new shape and color, thanks to the inserts of the personalized prints of the FW19 I’M Isola Marras collection, inspired by the images suggested by the London rock girls of the Seventies.\u00bb\u00a0This is how Marras describes the collaboration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the background is the rhythm of the album Never Mind Bollocks<\/em>\u00a0by the Sex Pistols, released in 1977. It is no coincidence that the cover of the work of the band is another inspiring muse, in particular of the black and white print, which goes to add to the \u00abtartan fabric in two colors yellow and red and the heavy cottons printed with the spotted motif on fuchsia and electric blue\u00bb. Efisio enthuses, graduating from the prestigious Central St. Martins, in London.<\/p>\n
