Peruffo’s 2019 collection<\/p><\/div>\n

Antique or contemporary jewel. Avant-garde or classic. How can someone distinguish jewels if not thanks to history and, above all, to the art that portrays them, thus making itself a concrete witness of the goldsmith’s art, through the centuries? In time, then, the link between the artisan and painting, photography, design and architecture are strengthened, and one starts to be influenced by the other. The same modus operandi is followed by Marta Martino,<\/strong> creative director of Peruffo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Minimalism and Brutalist architecture – built between the Fifties and Seventies of the Twentieth Century – are the sources of inspiration that induce the Venetian designer for the creation of the 2019 collection<\/strong>. In fact, it is since Martino entered the company that the creative elements are felt, translate into jewelry for the Italian brand. However, on this occasion there is one more element, a desire to push beyond one’s own imagination: \u00abThe design evolves from straight lines and curves that interact with the female body – creating bonds and piercing bare skin like fine darts.\u00bb Explain from the maison.<\/p>\n

The metaphors are used to specify another aspect: \u00abThe yellow, pink and black gold interacts with perfect spheres of glossy black onyx, generating pure shapes, darts and arrows, very thin hooks, rings with a square section. A collection in which the masculine and feminine elements interact and become incarnated in a new evolved creature and gender fluid.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Creative sobriety<\/em>. It could be another way to define these luxurious accessories, catchy and fashionable, in shape and color, probably already in the Christmas lists of many women, and men. The most interesting aspect<\/strong> – waiting for a new, why not bold, production phase of the brand – is their being versatile<\/strong>: they are jewels that can be worn both day and night. In the first case they mix in the look giving a touch more to their style, in the second they revive a simple little black dress for a cocktail party at the end of the year.<\/p>\n
