Adidas<\/strong> <\/a>has launched new trainers that are printed out using oxygen<\/strong> and light<\/strong>, it is about the\u00a0Adidas alphaedge 4d model<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The futuristic new shoes draw on the latest manufacturing techniques, which Adidas<\/strong><\/a> says allows them to specifically shape the shoes so that they respond to the person wearing them<\/strong>.<\/div>\n

The shoes are created with what Adidas<\/strong><\/a> calls “D<\/strong>igital Light Synthesis”<\/strong>. That is a process created by a company called Carbon<\/em> that works with Adidas<\/strong><\/a> to create the sneakers.<\/div>\n

In short, and a little more simply, the process is something like 3D printing is that it uses liquid polymer<\/strong> rather than solid plastic.\u00a0It uses oxygen and light to shape that plastic. When the material is hit by light, it hardens up, and when it is hit by oxygen it stays liquid, allowing the shoes to be more light and comfortable<\/strong>.<\/div>\n

The new sneakers cost<\/strong> \u00a3229 and will be available in limited numbers through the Adidas app<\/strong> from the end of the month. They will also come to select retailers.<\/div>\n
