After having pointed preview Supreme Italy, photographed by our great Luca Ceccarelli at Pitti and images taken from all of the world blog (from Highsnobiety to hypebeast, often without the courtesy of a credit even when prompted, such as NSS Mag who made an interesting interview about the phenomenon), today unfortunately we have to report, which will be the next brand concerned.

Here it is: it’s Kith, the brand of New York founded by Ronnie Fieg, one of the most important sneaker store in the world and who have long been pushing a lot on its own line.

For the less informed the official website is this: https://shop.kithnyc.com/

While to learn more of the store, the store has already an official page on our portal Shopenauer: http://www.shopenauer.com/it/boutique/174-kith

The trick is the usual: a cult brand, niche enough but not too much, who have the ‘misfortune’ for not having registered the trademark in Italian territory or San Marinese.

Get the logo, register it in Italy. Maybe so slightly modify the font, to be even safer. If they cause you, and maybe you lose who cares. So much with the times of the Italian justice in one year the brand has already burned, and srl limited capital can ‘theoretically close its doors: it served only for an operation’ flash’.

And then invade the market with logoed t-shirts and sweatshirts. The ignorant public does not know the history of the original brand (which are but ‘the fruit of labor, and lived true story, thoughts, communications, creativity), while with regard to the shops, 2 only possibilities: either you take advantage of customers, instead of telling them the story of a brand, the trimmed a tarot, with the sole purpose of profiting (as if the grocery store under the house sells t mozzarella di buffala made in Romania, and Parma ham made in china) without any professional etich even or even they do not know the product they sell, but rely on the hands of the representatives or of what they see on the web.

Which of the two categories is worthy of greater shame, we leave you to judge.

The sad phenomenon of the so-called legal-fake does not stop.
