The Saucony Jazz Court, launched for the first time in 2021 and immediately became a must-have, is re-interpreted in collaboration with the COLIAC brand. The limited edition will be available from mid-April 2022 in selected Italian showcases.
The iconic Jazz Court model, originally born as a tribute to the great classic of the tennis shoe, is subjected to an evolution, thanks to the contribution of the brand born in 2013 by the passion and creativity of Martina Grasselli, that reinterprets and characterizes her shoes merging them with the world of jewelry and using visual elements and conceptual references that allow her to give distinctiveness and elegance to each creation.
“The limited edition I created for Saucony is a tribute to the ornament, expressed through the precious details, characteristic of my brand. COLIAC’s unique and irreverent approach blends with the artisanal know-how and values of a historic brand like Saucony, whose union has led me to create elegant and unique pieces”. Said the designer.

Inspired by the roots of tennis, the Jazz Court, made strictly in leather, combines a sole designed specifically for the court with an upper in two color versions: white and black, embellished with jewels set respectively silver and gold. The result is a contemporary reworking of the Saucony historical archives.

Martina Grasselli, after the important work experiences carried out by Christian Louboutin, Jean-Paul Gaultier and Stella McCartney, starts her own company and with it is chosen by Vogue Talents, the scouting project of Vogue Italia launched in 2009 and through which Condé Nast Italia supports the new generation of creatives.
“Vogue Talents is a very important hub of creativity where the know-how of Vogue Italia and the talent of Designers are the added value through which to develop projects aimed at the realization of the product.” Declared Andrea Rogg, Vice President and Global General Manager for Saucony Originals. “The synergy between Saucony Originals and Condé Nast has deep roots, we are linked since the debut in Italy of the collection, dating back more than ten years ago. Choosing and following this artistic collaboration has thrilled us a lot, we haven’t had a moment of hesitation in entrusting one of our most iconic models to the vision of Vogue Talents combined with the creativity of COLIAC and we can’t wait to reveal the result to the public”.
