MARTINA CASTELLANI: SHORT DESIGNER’S HISTORY
Martina Castellani was born in 1987 in Tuscany. Since her childhood she showed a great passion for fashion so she decided to study as modeller and dressmaker in Florence. When she was a teenager she wanted to feel unique and to distinguish herself from the masses so she started drawing and making her own clothes.
Martina began her working career early as modeller for important luxury companies specialzed in made in Italy manufacturings. She worked first for the company that produces Prada’s manifactures and then for Drome and Neil Barrett.
An important step for Martina’s career is her transfer to Rimini, where she became the reference modeller for Minimarket’s urbanwear collections.
In 2016 the designer moved to Milan to collaborate as freelancer with important fashion business and companies. Thanks to these collaborations Martina began to dream about the creation of her own brand with her name.
