We know. In recent years, in Italy the denim market significantly decreased. In fact jeans is no longer the absolute master in stores but left ample room es for chinos, who became a best-seller. In the wake of this trend they were born also many companies that specialize in just this type of product.
The jeans, of course, remains a pillar, but lost market share. It is now years and years that we speak of a return to large, the ‘canvas of Genoa’.
Minimarket in recent years has shown a rare ability to understand and anticipate trends. We think of Bet Pet, the line that inspired the NBA, has contaminated streetwear opening a real style, then we think the lines taste dark and black as Nais.
Today the creative factory of Minimarket passes photos of a new line. Once again the boys change cards and launch a new and totally different from before.
It’s called M.R.K.T. and it is a collection of denim. Not just jeans. But a series of colorful jeans, completely made in Italy, available in six different shades.
A collection of jeans played on these colors not seen since the 90’s, where the denim in the windows appeared in bursts of color, ranging from red to navy blue.
The fit is the right one, indeed, perfect: slim, with the horse slightly arched and a series of broken on the leg that look like cheese on macaroni. They are already available in some Minimarket store and soon also online on the official website.
And it is here that I associate myself directly to the premise. Want to see that this time the crew Minimarket has been right and the world of denim is departing again? And if it was so colorful, we would feel a bit ‘back in the 90’s. After all this black and white, a bit of color begins to feel needed!
