Fashion is expanding more and more in the world of NFT. This time the protagonist is an Argentine multicreative.
In the past we have already talked about Nft and how they could influence the fashion world. Today we can deepen a project worthy of note of the artist and conceptual designer Aitor Throup with the collection in version “Intagible Tokens” dedicated to his multidimensional project “Anatomyland“.
Let’s discover the artist
Designer, sculptor and creative: a conglomerate of ideas and talent give life to the Argentine artist Aitor Throup. Famous for the creation of fantastic worlds and characters through the use of different channels: multimedia, artistic and also through fashion, with his personal label New Object Research. A conceptual and dystopian fashion: design designed as a continuation of the human body to denounce and deal with political and socio-cultural issues.
Many are his projects and his collaborations worthy of note: from the cinema, with the combat uniforms of “The Hunger Games“, to creative music director for several interactive campaigns for the British rock band Kasabian. In short, whether it’s music, cinema, digital, art and fashion Aitor always manages to excel.
The NFT and Anatomyland collection
The “tangible” collection is part of a larger, multidimensional project. Anatomyland, is a mixture of content and “trouble” to those who try to place it in a single category. The project is the result of sixteen years of study of design, art and the development of concepts, avant-garde and innovative ideas. And what is more current and innovative than the world of “tangible tokens”? Thus, the first part of the artist’s project consists of a virtual collection of digital sculptures.
The characters in the “paint” of the world of Anatomyland turned on themselves, offering the opportunity to the public to explore 360,” the forms and ideas of the creative. The decision to enter the world of Nfts with the first part of the project, fully reflects what is the personality and the concept of Aitor. The rejection of patterns, physical and not, and the continuous search to go beyond and experiment.
“I don’t believe in systems or structures that limit the creative potential of the artist.”
The multidisciplinary spirit, his tendency to draw on different fields such as fashion, art, cinema, sculpture and music, combined with his highly conceptual way of working, make Aitor a unique and extraordinary artist.
The Nft collection is available on the Nifty Gateway platform, each piece of the drop will be numbered, authenticated and above all unique.
