In tema di sneaker da running, sempre più di moda… la next big thing si chiama Nike Roshe Run. Ultraleggere, con tomaia in mesh. Molti inorridiranno di fronte al suolone, quelli ‘avanti’ invece già le indossano fieramente. Peccato che siano già sold out quasi ovunque.

Dopo il boom del filone in stile Converse, che ha influenzato gran parte delle sneakers hi-top fino ad oggi, sembra essere il momento buono per il rilancio delle running sneakers. Da anni ci siamo abituati alla suola piatta, quasi liscia e rasoterra, caviglia fasciata e punta rinforzata, ora i “grandi” del settore tornano a spingere forte su scarpe più comode, meno fighette e decisamente più funzionali per camminate ed attività sportive. Qui avevamo presentato proprio la versione di Converse, ora ve ne propongo altri 3 modelli, il primo è della rinata New Balance, il secondo del colosso Nike, il terzo di Golden Goose.

After Converse style trend boom, which has influenced a lot of high-top sneakers until today, seems to be a good moment for the revival of running sneakers. For years we have been being used to flat soles, almost smooth and at ground level, to reinforced toe and to bandaged ankle, while now the “bigs” of the industry are pushing hard on shoes that are more comfortable, less fashionable and more functional to walk and to do sports activities. Here we have just presented the model by Converse, but now I want to show you other 3 models: the first one is by the reborn New Balance, the second one by the giant Nike and the third by Golden Goose.

Viste ai piedi di Kanie West durante le sfilate…è poi uscita una foto più chiara della versione nera. Una grossa delusione, tanto che ho evitato di pubblicarle. Poi oggi è uscita su HS la foto della versione grigia, e mi sono parzialmente ricreduto. Il colore grigio mette decisamente più in risalto certe caratteristiche: lo snake-skin, la particolare forma del tacco e tutto il resto. Dopo le Yeezy 1..ormai leggenda anche queste diventeranno oggetto di follia e collezionismo.

Seen at the foot of Kanie West during the fashion shows … it is then come out a clearer picture of the black version. A big disappointment, so I refrained from publishing them. Then today came out on HS gray version of the photo, and I partly changed my mind. The gray color makes much more emphasis on certain characteristics: the snake-skin, the particular shape of the heel and all the rest. After Yeezy 1 .. a legend even these will become the subject of madness and collectibles.

I nostri amici di Banana Moon  di Bari, uno dei punti di riferimento dello streetwear italiano, ci hanno inviato al volo le immagini degli ultimi arrivi bomba. Per gli appassionati ormai Jordan è sinonimo di oggetto di culto.  Jordan, rappresenta oggi una collezione specifica di Nike, che unisce il nome di Mr Air a quello del ‘baffo, presentando ramake di pezzi storici. I nuovi arrivi rappresentano il modello Air Jordan 4 (quello in alto in colore bianco) e l’ Air Jordan 8.0 (nero, sotto). A quanto pare i ragazzi in città stanno impazzendo per questi nuovi modelli. Se siete interessati e siete di quelle parti, fatto un salto in store…forse trovate ancora qualcosa.

Our friends at Banana Moon in Bari, one of the landmarks of the Italian streetwear, sent us the pictures of the last bomb arrivals. For fans now Jordan is synonymous of worship. Jordan, now represents a specific collection of Nike, which combines the name of Mr. Air to that of the ‘swoosh’, presenting ramake of historical pieces. The new arrivals are the model Air Jordan 4 (the top one in white) and the Air Jordan 8.0 (black, bottom). Apparently the boys in town are going crazy for these new models. If you are interested and you are from that area, jumped in the store … maybe find something else.

E poi quella che secondo me è la Nike più bella dell’anno la Nike Air Force 1 High VT Supreme.

Superfly drops bombs on Christmas …. This time I really overdo stuff. Firstly here is the highly anticipated Nike Blazer Vintage Nylon, blue and red … limited stuff you will not find in the Footlocker. And then what I believe is the most beautiful of the year Nike Nike Air Force 1 High Supreme VT.

La Blazer-mania sembra non avere limiti. E’ ufficiale anche in Italia l’arrivo la prossima ss 12, una versione del modello vintage realizzata in un tessuto più leggero rispetto al suede: il nylon. Sicuramente ne risente l’effetto antichizzato. Le ho toccate con mano e sono chiaramente più leggere. Fresche non saprei dire. Piaceranno al pubblico? Vedremo.

The Blazer-mania never stops. It’s official the arrival also in Italy for the next ss12 season, the model of the Vintage Blazer realized in a lighter fabric than suede: nylon. Sure there couldn’t be the vintage effect on upper. I touched them with my hands and they are clearly lighter. I could not say they will be fresher. The public will love them. Let’s see.

Il boom delle Blazer è sempre più confermato; nascono nel lontano 1972 ma è negli ultimi anni che hanno il loro momento di gloria e fanno registrare un successo incredibile. Passeggiando per strada se ne vedono davvero tante, tuttavia se la monocromia vi fa sbadigliare e volete distinguervi dalla massa senza rinunciare ad un modello ormai cult ecco la soluzione: Nike con l’ultima quickstrike (una serie in numero limitato e disponibile solo in negozi esclusivi) ha veramente sfornato una bomba.

Blazer boom is more and more confirmed;  they was born away back in 1972 but is during the last years that they have been having their glory moment and they have been recording an incredible success. Going for a walk on the street you can see really a lot of them, however if monochrome makes you yawn and you want to distinguish from the mass, without renouncing to a cult model by this time, here there is the solution: Nike with its last quickstrike (a limited serie available only in exclusive stores) has really ground a bomb.
