Casio ha presentato la nuova collezione di G-Shock per l’estate, a catturare la mia attenzione è stato questo modello. Il colore mi ricorda tantissimo le vecchie Big Babol. Peccato che non si possa masticare!

Ho un certo fiuto in fatto orologi… La prima volta che ho visto un Iron Samurai l’ho visto al polso di un amico titolare di uno showroom e sono rimasto sbalordito come un bambino. ‘Che bel bracciale, gli ho detto!’ e lui: ‘ Ma quale bracciale! Lui schiaccia un tasto e…. magia, i led si accendono e compare l’ora!

Bellissimo. Poteva essere la solita cinesata, e invece no. Il bracciale è in solido alluminio. Ben fatto, rifinito, resistente. Per evitare copie quelli di Iron Samurai hanno registrato il logo a livello internazionale e danno una garanzia di 2 anni. Poi hanno completato il lavoro inserendolo in alcuni dei migliori store italiani. Ad es . Block 60 a Ricicone. E’ questo il cocktail micidiale: migliori store italiani + prodotto figo = boom. Non ne abbiamo mai parlato ma una delle più importanti tendenze della stagione è il color blocking, ovvero il massiccio uso di colori accostati uno all’altro, meglio se decisamente accesi e shock, adatti a chi piace osare e a chi vuole lasciarsi alle spalle i cupi colori invernali. Swatch è da sempre maestra in questo, e la Lady Collection unisce colori ad uno stile più particolare del solito grazie al bracciale extra lungo per fare più giri attorno al polso. Mi ha ricordato un orologio di una famosa maison francese, ma allo stesso tempo l’ho trovato davvero bello soprattutto se abbinato con i cinturini acquistabili separatamente.
