Common Projects riesce a cavalcare un trend, il trekking boot, offendolo nel suo stile: con una forma estremamente pulita, e il solito dettaglio killer il codice numerico sul lato. Il prezzo è alto, sono arrivate su Tres Bien Shop.

Mi trovo quasi tutti i giorni a parlare di Adidas. Ma il motivo è che Adidas da modo di parlare.

Seconda collezione per la serie speciale ‘Star Wars’ di Adidas. E’ stato uno dei grandi successi di questra stagione..i collezionisti sono impazziti. Oggi sono circolate in rete le prime immagine delle Boba Fett. Bumba.

I’m here almost everyday speaking about Adidas. But the reason is that Adidas offer almost everyday a good reason to talk about.

Second collection for the special and limited ‘Star Wars‘ line. It has been one of the biggest success of this season, collectors got crazy. Now it turned around the net the first images of the Boba Fett model. Simply a bomb.

Dimmler, scarpe italiane artigianali. E fin qui, niente di particolarmente nuovo. Eppure la novità c’è. Un semplice modello derby: tu scegli il pellame, la suola, i lacci. Al resto pensano loro. Si chiama anche  ’servizio couture’. Il prezzo assicurano sarà interessante. Siccome il progetto ci intrippa, ne parleremo ancora, non appena ne sapremo di più. Intanto seguiteli sul loro blog.

Un’altra boat shoe? Ancora? Sì ma questa è cosa davvero inusuale. La collaborazione tra Opening Ceremony e Timberland consegna al pubblico qualcosa dal sapore tecnico e nuovo. Una ‘watwershoe’disponibile in 3 colori dove la pelle si mischia al mesh tecnico, per una silouette snella e una scarpa estremamente leggera. A 95 dollari solo negli stores Opening Ceremony e sul loro e-shop.

Rimango positivamente stupito dalle immagini che ricevo in anteprima da Adidas per la linea Y-3 curata da Yamamoto. Sicuramente non è una collezione che piacerà a tutti. Decisamente futurista. Ma, visto che la linea era molto stantia da un paio di stagioni, questa una coraggiosa proposta. Alcuni pezzi da donna, per colori e stile mi ricordano, le ormai leggendarie Balenciaga Lego shoes.

I feel positively surprised by the preview  images that I receive by Adidas for the line Y-3 by Yamamoto. For sure, this is not a collection that everyone will like. Definitely futuristic. But as the line was very static in the last couple of seasons, this is a bold proposal. Some parts of woman, for color and style remind me of the now legendary Balenciaga Lego shoes.

Jeremy Scott per Adidas questa stagione deve essere stato ispiratissimo. La collezione è una bomba, pezzo dopo pezzo. Dopo la x-ray jacket, queste che vi presentiamo oggi, fanno parte di una pacchetto di sneakers che non passano inosservbate. Segni particolari: una vera targa sul linguettone. Colori azzeccati, e forma giusta. Per i collezionisti sono da non perdere.

Se non mi piacevano le sneakers di Bottega Veneta, queste, frutto della collaborazione tra EA, la linea ’sporty’ di Armani e Reebok, mi mettono i brividi. Meglio per ognuno continuare per la propria strada.

If I didn’t like Bottega Veneta sneakers, the result of the colleboration of EA, the sporty line of Armani, and Reebok, bring me the chills. Better for everyone to go their own way.

Ho apprezzato molto i tentativi di evoluzione dell’ultima collezione di Bottega Veneta. Sulle sneakers continuano a provarci  ma se i risultati sono questi, meglio lasciar stare. Sembrano delle Adidas mal riuscite senza una striscia.

I appreciated so much the evolution present in the last Bottega Veneta collection. About sneakers, they keep on trying, but if these are the results, better to let go. They look like unsuccessful Adidas with a missing stripe.
