VANS per la primavera ha presentato un nuovo modello di sneakers dal nome ALOMAR, il look si rifà molto alle chukka boot, ma con un pizzico di fashion in più.  Ormai le sneakers stanno prendendo la via “high” e Vans lo sa bene. Prodotta con materiali di prima qualità e con una suola in EVA che ne aumenta il comfort. Ma cosa diranno gli amanti del brand americano, per lo più del genere indie. Leggendo alcune recensioni si lamentano del fatto che Vans nato come brand alternativo si stia conformizzando troppo al mercato “pop”.  Forse una necessità dettata anche dalla crisi di questo mercato. Io sono dell’idea che uno deve rimanere unito ai propri valori, perchè sono quelli che rendono unici un qualcosa.

The sneakers are now taking the way “high” and Vans knows. Made with premium materials and an EVA midsole that increases the comfort. But what will think the lovers of the American brand, mostly of the indie genre. Reading some reviews, they complain that Vans was born as an alternative brand and now it’s  adapting to the ‘pop’ market , Maybe even a necessity dictated by the crisis in this market. I am convinced that one must remain united to their own values, because they are the ones who make something unique.

Adidas originals ha presentato proprio in questi giorni una nuova colorazione per la famosa zx800. Un restyling che non passa certo inosservato, l’accoppiata di colori descritti da adidas come “aluminum/lime” è davvero favolosa. Il materiale superiore è composto in tessuto tecnico resistente e traspirante. L’intersuola a doppia-intensità rende la scarpa perfetta per ogni tipo di movimento. Una scarpa fatta su misura per chi la città la vive in ogni sua parte.

Si sa è tempo di saldi, e quindi si inizia già a pensare alla prossima stagione estiva. La WESC ha da poco presentato la sua nuova collezione s/s 2011. Il tema del video di presentazione si basa sull’organizzazione di una rivolta suburbana in cui un giornalista nerd cerca di apprendere maggiori informazioni possibili per far si che ciò non accada. Anche quest’anno il brand presenta la collezione basic con le classiche felpe e tees più la collezione principale s/s 2011. Una novità assoluta è anche l’introduzione del footwear da parte del brand svedese.

Nuova collaborazione per Casio con CLOT per rilanciare un modello che fu presentato per la prima volta nel 1994 sotto il nome di G-oo1  aka Jason. Viene messo sul mercato in una versione nero opaco con logo Clot rosso marchiato sul cinturino. Le caratteristiche sono quello di un classico G-Shock. Il rilascio è stato il 4 gennaio , purtroppo la vendita del Jason è prevista solo per i mercati asiatici. Peccato.

New collaboration, Casio ft. CLOT to revive a model that was presented for the first time in 1994 under the name of G-oo1 aka Jason. It will be released  on the market in the black version with red Clot logo marked on the strap. The characteristics are those of a classic G-Shock. It’s available since  4th January , unfortunately the sale of Jason is available only for the Asian market. Too bad.

I modelli presentati sono la ZX800, El Dorado e la Skyline che rappresentano rispettivamente l’imperatore Palpatine, sulla El Dorado un AT-AT pilot (che richiama la JS mickeys)  e uno scorcio del paesaggio del pianeta Coruscant sulla Skyline. In più un modello speciale ispirato alla guardia imperiale Boba Fett. Una super collezione per chi ama la saga.

Ne avevamo già parlato qui. Come già spiegato il progetto sarà presentato il 12-12-10 in anteprima mondiale, ma per chi ha fretta presentatevi domani in via Montevideo 9-MILANO dalle 19 alle 21.
